My name is Aubrey Novy, and I own and founded Glow and Grace Aesthetics. I have over 19 years of experience as a licensed esthetician and am certified in electrolysis and laser hair removal. My expertise lies primarily in medical aesthetics, and I have been a certified Hydra Facial specialist for over a decade.
I am deeply passionate about this field and constantly strive to expand my knowledge. Recently, I became a certified acne specialist through Face Reality and a Skin Better Science Master. My focus is on crafting personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their skincare goals, with a primary emphasis on building confidence in your skin.

Weightloss Counselor
Brandi Bowers is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a strong background in acute care and wellness. She earned her Post-Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Nova Southeastern University, Florida, in 2021, after completing her Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management Nursing from Western Governors University, Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2020. She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Brandi has been a licensed nurse since 2011, gaining extensive experience in hospital management, cardiovascular care, emergency medicine, neurology, and interventional neurology. Over the past three years, she has specialized in aesthetics, weight loss therapy, and hormone replacement. She is a certified Biote hormone replacement provider and trained in neurotoxins, PRP/PRF, dermal fillers, bio-stimulators, IV therapy, peptide therapy, laser hair removal, and skin tightening treatments. Brandi is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and aesthetic goals through safe, evidence-based treatments.
In her spare time, Brandi loves to travel, spend time with her family, and care for her two dogs.
